Authorship statement
ISL — Intent Specification Language — was designed and initially implemented by Gentian Mevlani (GuardiaVault) beginning 2026-01-31. The specification, grammar, and parser codebase are published under the ISL-lang GitHub organization at github.com/isl-lang . The standard is offered to the community under the MIT / Apache-2.0 dual license.
